Delivery Policy

At Middleton Poultry Products, we are committed to delivering your fresh poultry and meat in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please read our delivery policy below to understand how we handle shipping.

 

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across the United Kingdom via 24-hour courier service.

 

2. Packaging and Temperature Control

Your order is packed in a high-quality polystyrene insulated box with ice sheets designed to keep your products chilled for up to 48 hours. This ensures that your meat arrives fresh, safe, and ready to refrigerate or freeze.

 

3. Dispatch and Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday to Saturday):
Dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:30 PM:
Dispatched the next working day.

Sunday Orders:
Dispatched on Sunday and delivered on Monday. (Note: We do not deliver on Sundays.)

 

4. Delivery Days

We deliver Monday to Saturday.

No deliveries on Sundays

We do ship on Sundays so your order arrives fresh on Monday

 

5. Delivery Notifications

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

 

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

 

7. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery to the address provided. If you're not available, please use the tracking link to reschedule or make alternate delivery arrangements directly with the courier.

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.

 

8. Product Condition on Arrival

Thanks to our temperature-controlled packaging, your order should arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives late or appears damaged or warm to the touch, please contact us immediately at:

9. Bank Holidays

Please note that orders may be delayed during UK bank holidays. We will communicate any changes to delivery schedules on our website and social media channels in advance.
