If you order before 2:30pm, we’ll dispatch your order the same day for next-day delivery.
Orders after 2:30 pm are sent the following day. No deliveries are made on Sundays.
We deliver Monday to Saturday.
There are no deliveries on Sundays, but we do ship out on Sundays so your order arrives fresh on Monday.
Sent out by 24hr courier in polystyrene box with added ice sheets which keep the product chilled for 48hrs.
Yes – your order arrives fresh and is perfect for same-day cooking or freezing for later. Just pop it straight in the freezer soon as it arrives.
Yes – all prices shown include postage and packaging.
There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Yes – you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

No minimum order! You're free to order exactly what you need – whether that’s just a few items or a full box.
Our dog food and human food are sold through two separate websites and they are prepared and sent out from two different warehouse units.
You’re welcome to order from both, but they will be dispatched separately.
